Description
VTC80은 CNC 수직 선반(Vertical CNC Lathe)으로, 핵심 기능은 CNC 시스템을 통해 공구를 제어하여 회전식 공작물(예: 디스크, 허브, 플랜지 등)의 외부 원형, 단면, 보어, 나사산, 홈 및 기타 공정을 수행하는 것입니다. 기계의 핵심 기능은 회전식 공작물(예: 디스크, 허브, 플랜지 등)의 외부 원, 단면, 보어, 나사산, 홈 및 기타 공정의 마무리 가공을 수행하기 위해 CNC 시스템으로 공구를 제어하는 것입니다. "수직" 구조가 수평 선반과 다르며 공작물이 회전 테이블에 고정되고 공구가 수직(Z축) 및 수평(X축) 방향으로 이동하므로 대구경 및 짧은 길이의 부품 가공에 적합하며 클램핑 안정성이 더 좋습니다.
