Description
VTC80 là máy tiện đứng CNC (Vertical CNC Lathe), chức năng cốt lõi là điều khiển dao thông qua hệ thống CNC để thực hiện các gia công tròn ngoài, mặt đầu, lỗ khoan, ren, rãnh và các gia công khác trên phôi quay (như đĩa, hub, mặt bích, v.v.). Chức năng cốt lõi của máy là điều khiển dụng cụ bằng hệ thống CNC để thực hiện gia công hoàn thiện vòng tròn ngoài, mặt cuối, lỗ khoan, ren, rãnh và các quá trình khác trên phôi quay (như đĩa, trục, mặt bích, v.v.). Cấu trúc “dọc” của nó khác với máy tiện ngang, phôi được kẹp trên bàn quay và dao di chuyển dọc theo hướng dọc (trục Z) và hướng ngang (trục X), phù hợp để gia công các bộ phận có đường kính lớn và chiều dài ngắn, đồng thời độ ổn định kẹp tốt hơn.
