Description
VTC80 es un torno vertical CNC (Torno CNC vertical), la función principal es controlar la herramienta a través del sistema CNC para realizar el redondeo externo, la cara final, el orificio, la rosca, la ranura y otros procesos en piezas de trabajo rotativas (como discos, cubos, bridas, etc.). La función principal de la máquina es controlar la herramienta mediante el sistema CNC para llevar a cabo el mecanizado de acabado del círculo externo, cara final, orificio, rosca, ranura y otros procesos en piezas de trabajo rotativas (como disco, cubo, brida, etc.). Su estructura "vertical" es diferente de la del torno horizontal, la pieza de trabajo se sujeta a la mesa giratoria y la herramienta se mueve a lo largo de las direcciones vertical (eje Z) y horizontal (eje X), lo que es adecuado para mecanizar piezas de gran diámetro y longitud corta, y la estabilidad de sujeción es mejor.
