Description
VTC80 est un tour vertical CNC (tour CNC vertical), la fonction principale est de contrôler l'outil via le système CNC pour effectuer le rond externe, la face d'extrémité, l'alésage, le filetage, la rainure et d'autres processus sur des pièces rotatives (telles que des disques, des moyeux, des brides, etc.). La fonction principale de la machine est de contrôler l'outil par le système CNC pour effectuer l'usinage de finition du cercle externe, de la face d'extrémité, de l'alésage, du filetage, de la rainure et d'autres processus sur des pièces rotatives (telles que disque, moyeu, bride, etc.). Sa structure « verticale » est différente du tour horizontal, la pièce est serrée sur la table rotative et l'outil se déplace dans les directions verticale (axe Z) et horizontale (axe X), ce qui convient à l'usinage de pièces de grand diamètre et de courte longueur, et la stabilité de serrage est meilleure.
