Description
VTC80 عبارة عن مخرطة عمودية CNC (مخرطة CNC عمودية)، وتتمثل الوظيفة الأساسية في التحكم في الأداة من خلال نظام CNC لتنفيذ الجولة الخارجية، والوجه النهائي، والتجويف، والخيط، والأخدود وغيرها من العمليات على قطع العمل الدوارة (مثل الأقراص، والمحاور، والفلنجات، وما إلى ذلك). تتمثل الوظيفة الأساسية للآلة في التحكم في الأداة عن طريق نظام CNC لتنفيذ المعالجة النهائية للدائرة الخارجية والوجه النهائي والتجويف والخيط والأخدود والعمليات الأخرى على قطع العمل الدوارة (مثل القرص والمحور والشفة وما إلى ذلك). يختلف هيكلها "الرأسي" عن المخرطة الأفقية، حيث يتم تثبيت قطعة العمل على الطاولة الدوارة، وتتحرك الأداة على طول الاتجاهين الرأسي (المحور Z) والأفقي (المحور X)، وهو مناسب لتصنيع الأجزاء ذات القطر الكبير والطول القصير، ويكون ثبات التثبيت أفضل.
