VTC80 é um torno vertical CNC (Torno CNC Vertical), a função principal é controlar a ferramenta através do sistema CNC para realizar o arredondamento externo, face final, furo, rosca, ranhura e outros processos em peças rotativas (como discos, cubos, flanges, etc.). A função principal da máquina é controlar a ferramenta pelo sistema CNC para realizar a usinagem de acabamento do círculo externo, face final, furo, rosca, ranhura e outros processos em peças rotativas (como disco, cubo, flange, etc.). Sua estrutura “vertical” é diferente do torno horizontal, a peça é fixada na mesa rotativa e a ferramenta se move nas direções vertical (eixo Z) e horizontal (eixo X), o que é adequado para usinar peças de grande diâmetro e comprimento curto, e a estabilidade de fixação é melhor.
