Description
O torno vertical CNC VTC75 é usado principalmente para usinagem de precisão de peças rotativas de pequeno e médio porte, as peças típicas incluem:
Peças automotivas: cubos de roda (liga de alumínio), carcaças de embreagem (ferro fundido), caixas de câmbio, braços articulados;
Indústria de moldes: anéis de posicionamento de moldes, substratos de fixação, pequenos núcleos (como moldes de injeção, moldes de fundição sob pressão);
Aeroespacial: pequenas caixas de motores, montagens de aeronaves (titânio/liga de alumínio);
Maquinaria geral: carcaça do motor (ferro fundido/liga de alumínio), corpo da bomba (aço inoxidável), flange da válvula;
Instrumentos de precisão: suportes de equipamentos ópticos, caixas de sensores (requisitos de alta precisão dimensional).
