Description

El torno vertical CNC VTC75 se utiliza principalmente para el mecanizado de precisión de piezas rotativas de tamaño pequeño y mediano, las piezas típicas incluyen:
Piezas de automóvil: cubos de rueda (aleación de aluminio), carcasas de embrague (hierro fundido), carcasas de caja de cambios, brazos de articulación de dirección;
Industria del molde: anillos de posicionamiento de moldes, sustratos de fijación, núcleos pequeños (como moldes de inyección, moldes de fundición a presión);
Aeroespacial: cajas de motores pequeños, soportes para aviones (aleación de titanio/aluminio);
Maquinaria general: carcasa del motor (hierro fundido/aleación de aluminio), cuerpo de la bomba (acero inoxidable), brida de la válvula;
Instrumentos de precisión: soportes para equipos ópticos, carcasas de sensores (requisitos de alta precisión dimensional).
