Metal tile press (such as 315 tons hydraulic press) is specially designed for metal tile forming equipment, through the high-pressure hydraulic system to drive the mold, the metal sheet (such as galvanized sheet, color steel plate) pressed into a tile-like structure.
Metal tile hydraulic press is mainly used for the manufacture of the following types of tiles:
1. Color stone metal tile substrate pressing: Aluminum-zinc plated steel plate (thickness 0.5-1.0mm) is pressed into wavy or trapezoidal substrate by hydraulic press;
Surface treatment: spraying weather-resistant resin after pressing, it needs hydraulic press to provide stable pressure (keep pressure for more than 3 minutes to prevent cracking).
2. antique tile curved surface molding: through multiple pressing (such as pressing straight lines and then arcs), to achieve the curved surface effect of traditional ceramic tile;
Edge reinforcement: the crimping cylinder applies lateral force to prevent the edge of the tile from warping.
3. Metal composite tile
Lamination process: composite the metal sheet with heat insulation layer (e.g. polyurethane), which needs to be pressed in layers by hydraulic press (pressure gradient control).
