Description
This 630 ton hot forging hydraulic press is specially developed for metal hot forging, hot stamping and hot forming processes. It is widely used for forging steel, alloy steel, aluminum, copper and other metal workpieces.
The hydraulic forging machine adopts a robust frame structure, high-precision hydraulic system and reliable electrical control system. It delivers stable, powerful and constant pressing force during hot working. It can complete one-time hot forming of flanges, gears, shaft parts, fasteners, auto and construction hardware forgings.
We support customized stroke, daylight, worktable size, die mounting structure and control mode. Optional configurations include automatic feeding system, mold heating device, ejection cylinder and safety protection system.
This 630T hot forging press features high rigidity, low noise, stable performance and long service life. It is suitable for forging workshops, auto parts factories, hardware manufacturing plants and metal processing enterprises. We provide technical drawing, installation guidance, on-site commissioning and after-sales support.
