Description
The 1000-ton four-column hydraulic press is widely used in various forming processes due to its mature structure and strong adaptability, classified as heavy-duty pressure equipment.
Four-column design: Refers to a closed force system frame formed by four high-strength columns connected to the upper crossbeam and lower crossbeam (workbench) via locking nuts. This is the most classic and common hydraulic press structure.
High Versatility: By changing dies and adjusting process parameters, it can perform numerous operations including pressing, forming, stamping, bending, flanging, straightening, and press-fitting for both metallic and non-metallic materials.
Typical Application Fields (1000-ton Class)
Metal forming: Free forging and die forging of large forgings; stamping and press-fitting of automotive components; bending and straightening of thick plates.
Powder metallurgy: Compression molding of high-strength, complex-structured metal powder products.
