Description

Typical Application Scenarios
Automobile manufacturing: large cover parts (such as truck compartments, bus side enclosures) deep drawing
Forging parts processing: automobile connecting rod, crankshaft blank;
Metal pallets/racks: thick plate (4-6mm) multi-hole stamping or bending (high rigidity is required to prevent slider from sinking).
Composite materials and plastic products:
Wind turbine blade mold: SMC/BMC composite material hot pressing molding;
Plastic sheet: PVC/PE waterproofing membrane molding.
Powder metallurgy:
Tungsten carbide/iron based powder products (e.g. gears, cams)
Other fields:
Calibration processing: deformation correction of large metal parts (e.g. machine tool beds, bridge steel components) (tonnage needs to cover the self-weight of the workpiece + correction force);
Rubber products: tire molds, seals (need to be heated to 120-150 ℃ + high pressure vulcanization).
