Description
The colored stone tile forming hydraulic press is not a general-purpose machine, but rather a highly specialized, highly automated multi-layer hot composite press with extremely stringent requirements for temperature and pressure uniformity.
The three-beam, four-column structure comprises an upper crossbeam, ram, workbench, and columns, offering stable construction and strong resistance to off-center loads. This design is ideal for forming large-area, asymmetrical components like colored stone tiles.
Cartridge Valve Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system employs a cartridge valve integrated design, minimizing piping connections to reduce leakage risks while ensuring reliable operation and extended service life.
Electrical Control System
Equipped with PLC or relay control circuits, it supports adjustable, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes to meet diverse production requirements.
