The 200-ton aluminum pot deep drawing press is a professional four-column hydraulic forming equipment specially designed for aluminum cookware mass production. It is mainly used for one-time deep drawing molding of aluminum sheets and aluminum alloy sheets, widely applicable to aluminum pots, aluminum pans, soup pots, frying pans, rice cooker inner tanks and other thin-wall aluminum kitchen utensils.
Equipped with a dedicated deep drawing silent hydraulic system, the machine realizes stable pressure output, uniform stretching force and precise pressure holding effect, which is perfectly adapted to the slow deep drawing process of thin aluminum plates. The PLC intelligent control system supports manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic cyclic working modes. Users can accurately adjust stretching speed, pressure holding time, slider stroke and return speed to meet different cookware molding process requirements.
