It adopts advanced hydraulic forming technology to achieve high-precision deep drawing and shaping of metal plates.
This hydraulic press is widely used for forming stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and other metal materials. With strong pressing force, large working stroke, and high rigidity frame structure, the machine ensures uniform forming pressure, smooth product surface, and excellent dimensional accuracy.
Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, the machine can accurately control pressure, speed, stroke, and holding time. It can be customized with hydraulic cushions, heating systems, automatic feeding devices, and different molds according to customer production requirements.
The machine is suitable for producing water tank heads, pressure vessel ends, chemical equipment heads, boiler heads, and other deep-drawn metal components.
