Description

This resin U-channel drain hydraulic press is a dedicated composite hot molding machine, specially designed for mass production of SMC / BMC / FRP resin U-shaped linear drainage channels, polymer concrete trench drains and gutter covers.
Adopting three-beam four-column heavy-duty structure, the machine features high frame rigidity, precise four-column guiding, stable pressure holding and low deformation under high tonnage. Equipped with servo hydraulic system and PLC intelligent control, users can preset pressure, temperature, holding time and exhaust cycles automatically to meet composite hot pressing curing requirements.

Put SMC/BMC composite raw materials into the mold cavity. Under controlled temperature and high hydraulic pressure, the material flows fully inside the mold and completes curing in one step, producing finished U-shaped resin drainage channel with uniform density, smooth surface and consistent dimension.

Widely used to produce resin U-shaped drainage channel, linear trench drain, roadside gutter, drainage trough and drain covers for municipal roads, parking lots, plazas, parks, highway, landscape engineering. The finished resin trench drain has anti-corrosion, acid & alkali resistance, high load bearing, long service life.
