Description

FRP cooling tower hydraulic press is a heavy‑duty hot‑molding hydraulic press specially for SMC composite materials. It is used to produce full‑set FRP cooling tower components, including tower panels, fan cylinders (wind barrels), air‑inlet louvers, flanges and access covers.
Raw material is SMC (Sheet Molding Compound). SMC sheets are loaded into heated molds. The press closes under high pressure, completes degassing and holding‑pressure curing at 140‑165 °C, and forms large FRP cooling‑tower parts in one hot‑press cycle. Widely adopted by manufacturers of industrial and anti‑corrosion cooling towers for chemical plants.
