Automatic PLC Control Hydraulic Press for Metal Color Stone Roof Tile One-Time Forming

Description

This three-beam four-column hydraulic press is specially customized for mass production of stone coated metal roof tiles, also known as color stone metal shingles. It completes one-step cold stamping, bending, profiling and shaping of galvalume / galvanized steel substrates (0.35–0.5mm thickness). Equipped with hydraulic ejector cylinder, PLC touch screen control and cartridge valve hydraulic system, it realizes stable constant-pressure forming with holding delay, ensuring uniform tile shape, clear texture and no deformation after molding. It matches full stone coated tile production lines, widely used in building material factories for villa roof tiles, ridge tiles, valley tiles and accessory forming.
