800 tonnes three beams and four columns hydraulic press body adopts three beams and four columns structure, which mainly consists of upper cross beam, slider, working table, four columns, main cylinder, electrical system and hydraulic system.The main part of the hydraulic press includes the body and cylinder, the body is composed of upper crossbeam, lower crossbeam, ram, column and nut, etc. The upper and lower crossbeams are connected together tightly with four columns and nuts to form a rigid frame.The slider is guided by the columns and slides up and down along the columns, and its upper and lower guide bushings are equipped with a dust ring to prevent dust and dirt from scratching the column surface.On the sliding beam and the lower beam, there is a T-slot (specific dimensions to be proposed by the demand side), and the column nut can adjust the imbalance of the working table surface and the non-perpendicularity of the working table and the piston.The main cylinder adopts the structure of piston cylinder, which is bolted in the centre hole of the upper crossbeam, the cylinder body is rolled, the piston rod is tempered, and the surface is plated with hard chrome and polished, which is wear-resistant, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
