he term “630-ton frame-type copper extrusion” refers to frame-type hydraulic presses with a nominal pressure of 630 tons, which are mainly used for the extrusion of copper and copper alloys. These machines combine the high rigidity of a frame structure with the precision control of a hydraulic system, and are suitable for extruding copper tubes, rods, profiles and other products.


Description
The main body of the frame hydraulic press consists of an integral welded frame (or combined frame), usually consisting of an upper crossbeam, lower crossbeam and multiple pillars in the center (or the integral frame) connected by high-strength bolts or welding to form an extremely rigid closed frame. Compared with the traditional “three beams and four columns” structure, its advantages are:
High rigidity: the frame is subjected to overall force, with small deformation (especially under high tonnage), which is suitable for extrusion process with large pressure and deformation;
Large working space: the internal space of the frame is wide, which can accommodate larger size of extrusion barrels, molds and blanks;
Strong stability: complex guiding structure (or guiding simplification) without movable beams, more uniform force during extrusion and higher product precision.
The 630-ton frame hydraulic press can complete the forward extrusion, reverse extrusion, compound extrusion and other processes of copper and copper alloy, which are mainly used in the following fields:
1. Copper tube extrusion
Products: air-conditioning refrigeration copper tube, heat dissipation tube, precision copper tube (such as refrigerator capillary tube);
2. Copper bar/profile extrusion
Products: copper busbar (electric power industry), copper alloy rods (machining), complex cross-section profiles (e.g. heat sinks, decorative strips);
