Description
This hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column structure. The machine body consists of an upper crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, and a lower crossbeam connected by four vertical columns. These components are secured with nuts to form a closed, rigid steel frame. This design ensures the equipment’s stability under high pressure, enabling it to withstand immense forces during the compression process.
This equipment serves as a primary machine for manufacturing large plastic tubs, efficiently and precisely completing the compression molding process. By swapping different molds, it can also be utilized for producing other plastic products such as plastic floor mats, plastic brick pallets, and plastic pallets.
