This ballistic insert plate hydraulic press is a professional four-column three-beam hydraulic hot press customized for military and security protective equipment manufacturing. It is specially designed for hot pressing, compounding, curing and integral forming of high-performance bulletproof composite materials, including UHMWPE, Kevlar aramid fiber, ceramic composite and other ballistic materials.
Different from ordinary hydraulic machines, this equipment features high specific pressure output, precise pressure closed-loop control, long-time constant pressure holding and adjustable temperature molding function, which fully meets the process requirements of multi-layer composite lamination, high-temperature curing and cooling shaping of bulletproof insert plates. It supports one-die multi-piece molding, greatly improving production efficiency for body armor plates, vehicle ballistic inserts and tactical protective panels.
Adopting PLC intelligent control system and touch screen operation, the machine realizes automatic cycle of fast downlink, slow precision pressing, pressure maintaining, delayed cooling and automatic return. Equipped with reinforced anti-deflection load structure and dense T-slot worktable, it ensures high rigidity and long-term stable operation under long-cycle high-load working conditions. Optional servo energy-saving system and movable workbench are available to reduce energy consumption and facilitate mold replacement.
