Description

Core Structure Characteristics
Three beams and four columns design
It consists of upper crossbeam, slider and working table through four columns to form a closed frame, which is fully steel plate CO₂ welded and vibration processed to ensure no deformation of the machine body.
The columns are plated with hard chrome to prevent rust, the guide bushings are made of QT cast iron, the sliders contain T-slots for mold mounting, and the four-column guiding system ensures accurate mold centering.
The lower part of the table is equipped with an ejector device to support the counter-stretching process.
Hydraulic and control system
Hydraulic system: Cartridge valve integrated system is adopted to reduce leakage point and reliable action; equipped with liquid filling valve to enhance the speed, and the master cylinder is a five-cylinder design with excellent sealing performance.
Control system: PLC or push-button centralized control, support for fixed-range/fixed-pressure two kinds of processes, with pressure preservation delay function, optional digital pressure, stroke display.Some of the high-end models are driven by servo motors, with fast response speed and energy saving.
