This 250 ton single column hydraulic press, also known as C-frame single-arm hydraulic press, features an extra-large worktable, which is ideal for processing large-size workpieces. The open C-shaped structure allows three-side access for easy loading and unloading of parts.

This 250 ton single column hydraulic press, also known as C-frame single-arm hydraulic press, features an extra-large worktable, which is ideal for processing large-size workpieces. The open C-shaped structure allows three-side access for easy loading and unloading of parts.
The whole frame is made of thick steel plate welded structure, with vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, high rigidity and stable precision, long service life. The hydraulic system adopts integrated cartridge valve, fast response, low noise and less leakage. Equipped with PLC control system, it supports manual, jog and semi-automatic working modes.
We fully support customization: worktable size, daylight, ram stroke, pressing speed, ejector cylinder, T-slot layout, safety protection device can be designed according to customers’ production requirements.
It is widely used for metal straightening, shaft correction, bearing press fitting, stamping, bending, embossing, trimming and other processes in auto parts, hardware, mining accessories, pipeline and machinery repair workshops.
