200-metric-ton metal press used for forming stainless steel floor drains

Description

Specially designed for the full-process forming of stainless steel, brass and galvanised metal floor drains: deep drawing of drain housings, stamping of cover plates, embossing of grates, flanging, trimming, profiling, and integrated deep drawing of drain water traps. Suitable for the mass production of floor drains made from 0.3–3 mm thick stainless steel and brass sheets.

Adequate pressure: 200 tonnes of pressure enables the one-off stretching of thickened 304 stainless steel floor drain bodies, eliminating the need for secondary stamping and reducing the number of production steps.
Rigid and stable: The four-column structure of the workbench ensures minimal deformation, resulting in drain covers with clear, grid-patterned surfaces and high flatness, thereby reducing the need for subsequent grinding.
Process adaptability: Supports both constant-pressure and constant-stroke modes; constant-stroke control is used for depth adjustment on thin-sheet drain covers, whilst constant-pressure control is employed for thick brass drain covers to ensure full and complete forming.

Suitable metal drain covers: 304/316 stainless steel drain covers, brass drain covers, cold-rolled steel sheet drain covers, heavy-duty stainless steel deep-water-seal drain covers, concealed drain covers, and long, linear bathroom drain covers.
