The fully automatic salt brick production line is an integrated system encompassing raw material processing, pressing and molding, and finished product output. Its core equipment and auxiliary devices together form an efficient and stable production process, comprising the following components
Ingredients -Delivery pipe -Agitator -Storage box – Salt brick machine Finished product ←- Heat shrink machine + Packaging machine +- Conveyor belt

I. Core Pressing Equipment: Salt Brick Hydraulic Press
As the heart of the production line, the salt brick hydraulic press adopts a four-column, four-beam structure equipped with an independent hydraulic and electrical system. Floating pressing technology ensures uniform density of the salt bricks. Key features include:
Flexible Tonnage Options: Available in models such as 315T, 400T, 500T, 630T, 800T, and 1000T, capable of producing salt bricks in various specifications like 5kg and 10kg. For instance, an 800T press can produce one 10kg brick or two 5kg bricks per cycle.
Automated Control: Utilizes a PLC programmable logic controller and advanced cartridge integrated valves for continuous and stable operation. An oil cooling unit prevents hydraulic system overheating.
Versatile Demolding: Supports both protective and standard demolding to prevent mold damage and extend equipment service life.
Multi-Function Capability: By changing molds, the machine can produce round, square, or custom-shaped salt bricks, and even emboss logos to meet diverse market demands.
II. Raw Material Handling and Conveying System
Mixer: Blends salt, minerals, trace elements, and other raw materials in precise proportions, ensuring optimal moisture content (8%–12%) and particle size (≤2mm) for consistent pressing.
Lifting Pipe and Storage Silo:
The lifting pipe transports mixed materials from the mixer to the storage silo, enabling automated feeding.
The storage silo, equipped with a vibrating distribution device, ensures even filling of the press mold to avoid localized density variations.
III. Automated Auxiliary Devices
Automatic Feeding System: Integrated with the main press, it enables precise and continuous material supply, minimizing manual intervention and enhancing efficiency.
Ejection and Palletizing Unit: Automatically ejects finished bricks from the mold and stacks them onto the conveyor belt for subsequent packaging.
Mechanical Limiting Device: Installed on the main machine to strictly control brick height dimensions, ensuring product consistency and quality.
IV. Finished Product Packaging and Output System
Automatic Sealing and Cutting Machine: Packages neatly stacked salt bricks using double-layer composite film vacuum packaging to block air and moisture, extending shelf life.
Conveyor Belt and Heat Shrink Tunnel:
The conveyor belt transports packaged bricks to the next stage for streamlined workflow.
The heat shrink tunnel tightens the packaging around the bricks, improving appearance and integrity.
V. Electrical Control and Monitoring System
Electrical Control Cabinet: Comprises CNC and PLC control systems for centralized, automated operation. Supports adjustable speed and three modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.
IoT Monitoring System (Optional): Collects real-time data on pressure, temperature, humidity, etc., and uploads it to a cloud-based analytics platform for remote monitoring, fault, and intelligent production management.
