Recently, Zhongyou Hydraulic Machinery completed packaging and full container loading of a batch of customized 1,000-ton four-column servo hydraulic presses, which are officially shipped to a high-end composite manufacturing client overseas. This export delivery marks another landmark breakthrough for Zhongyou in the field of large-tonnage heavy-duty forming equipment, fully demonstrating the company’s independent R&D and manufacturing capacity for ultra-large hydraulic presses.
Unlike conventional medium and small-tonnage hydraulic equipment, the 1,000-ton model adopts an integrated three-beam four-column frame with overall stress relief annealing, which eliminates long-term deformation risks under continuous high-pressure operation. Equipped with closed-loop servo hydraulic system and multi-zone constant temperature mold heating modules, the press realizes segmented pressure holding, slow exhaust and gradient pressure relief functions. It can stably output uniform forming force within ±0.25MPa precision, perfectly matching the molding process of carbon fiber composite, high-strength alloy and SMC advanced composite materials.
The overseas customer focuses on new energy equipment and aerospace structural parts production. The delivered 1,000-ton presses will be put into two core production lines. In the new energy sector, the equipment is used for hot pressing and forming of large wind turbine composite shells, new energy vehicle battery trays and hydrogen storage equipment lining parts, effectively improving product compactness and corrosion resistance. For aerospace manufacturing, it undertakes precision molding of drone carbon fiber fuselages, aircraft lightweight structural frames and spacecraft composite covering parts. The high tonnage and precise temperature control eliminate internal bubbles and layering defects of composite parts, meeting the strict lightweight and high-strength standards of aerospace components.
