Wood chip tray hot pressing molding hydraulic press
Wood chip pallet hydraulic press is the core equipment of the wood chip pallet molding production line, which provides high pressure (hot or cold pressure) through the hydraulic system to press and mold the mixture of wood chips and adhesive into environmentally friendly pallets in the mold. Its performance directly determines the density, strength, dimensional accuracy and production efficiency of the pallet, and is the key equipment for the large-scale production of wood chip pallet.
Description
As an environmentally friendly biomass composite material product, wood chip pallet, with its low-cost, high-strength, fumigation-free export, recyclable and other characteristics, is widely used to replace the traditional wooden pallet in the five core scenarios of logistics and warehousing, industrial manufacturing, agricultural transportation, export trade, and e-commerce cold chain.
