VTC75 CNC Vertical Lathe is a CNC vertical lathe designed for high-precision machining of small and medium-sized rotary parts, and belongs to the middle model of VTC series (vertical CNC lathe). Its core feature is to take into account the machining accuracy, efficiency and flexibility, suitable for automotive, mold, aerospace, general machinery and other fields of small-lot multi-variety or medium-lot production of precision parts.


Description
VTC75 CNC vertical lathe is mainly used for precision machining of small and medium-sized rotary parts, typical parts include:
Automotive parts: wheel hubs (aluminum alloy), clutch housings (cast iron), gearbox housings, steering knuckle arms;
Mold industry: mold positioning rings, fixture substrates, small cores (such as injection molds, die-casting molds);
Aerospace: small engine cases, aircraft mounts (titanium/aluminum alloy);
General machinery: motor shell (cast iron / aluminum alloy), pump body (stainless steel), valve flange;
Precision instruments: optical equipment brackets, sensor housings (high dimensional accuracy requirements).
