Trolley Body Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press, also known as trolley body forming oil press and trolley panel deep drawing hydraulic machine, is a special sheet metal deep drawing hydraulic equipment. It is designed for one-time deep drawing forming of iron wheelbarrow, construction wheelbarrow hopper, trolley body panel.

Adopting three-beam four-column structure, the machine has strong frame rigidity and good anti-eccentric load performance, suitable for sheet metal deep drawing process, effectively avoiding cracking and wrinkling during drawing. Equipped with independent hydraulic control system and PLC controller, it can set drawing speed, holding time and pressure to meet the deep drawing requirements of trolley hopper, body shell and base plate. This trolley body drawing oil press can be equipped with blank holder cylinder to provide stable and uniform blank holding force and prevent sheet wrinkling.

Available in customized tonnage: 200T,315T,400T,500T,630T. Worktable size can be customized according to trolley mould dimensions. Widely used for mass production of metal body, hopper and panel for construction wheelbarrow, garden trolley and material handling trolley. The machine runs stably and is easy to operate.
