Description
100 tons single-arm hydraulic press is a kind of mechanical equipment which takes hydraulic system as power source and realizes pressure processing through single-arm structure, which is suitable for stamping, bending, stretching, forming and other processes of small and medium-sized workpieces.
Advantage:
Compact structure: single arm design saves space, suitable for workshop layout.
Flexible operation: large opening for easy loading and unloading of workpieces and debugging of molds.
Lower cost: lower manufacturing cost compared to four-column hydraulic press.
Single arm hydraulic presses are widely used in the following fields due to their open working space and high flexibility:
1. Metal forming processing
Press forming: e.g. die casting trimming and shaping of aluminum alloy and copper alloy; bending and leveling of steel/iron plate.
Stretch forming: shallow drawing of metal sheets (e.g. pre-forming of car coverings, stretching of kitchen utensils).
