Three beams and four columns design
Adopting steel plate welding frame, three beams (upper beam, slider, table) and four columns form a stable frame to ensure high rigidity and strong anti-deviation load capacity, suitable for long time high load transportation.
Hydraulic system configuration
Equipped with high-pressure hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and control system, the piston movement is driven by hydraulic oil pressure to realize the precise stretching of metal plates.
The system pressure is usually 25MPa, and the effective stroke of the slider can reach 600mm, with an opening height of 1000mm, which can meet the processing requirements of different thickness of plates.
Automation and Intelligent Control
Integrated PLC programmable controller supports manual/automatic dual mode operation, adjustable working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range.
Some models are equipped with servo numerical control system, which realizes precise control of speed and stroke, and improves production efficiency.
