Description
This is a 1000-ton hydraulic press with a larger workbench area, which can press large-sized pallet products; double hydraulic cylinder design, more balanced pressure distribution. PLC control system, which can set different working procedures to make the machine more intelligent.
Wood chip pallet hydraulic press is a special equipment used to process wood chips, straw, bamboo chips and other agricultural and forestry wastes into pallets or other moulded products through hydraulic pressing process.
Hydraulic system drive: Using hydraulic pump station to provide high pressure power, uniform pressure (usually up to tens to hundreds of tonnes) is exerted on the wood chips inside the mould through hydraulic cylinders.
Hot/cold press moulding: Cold press: direct pressing without heating, for wood chips that are sensitive totemperature sensitive wood chips.
Hot pressing: the mould is heated to increase the compactness of the fibres and the strength of the finished product (heating device required).
De-moulding: After pressing, the mould is separated and the finished pallet is pushed out.
