




Multi-function Hydraulic Press for Train Door Panel Stretching, Bending & Flattening Process
This series three-beam four-column hydraulic straightening press is specially customized for railway industry, dedicated to shaping, flattening, contour calibration and deformation repair of high-speed train, EMU, subway, passenger car and freight wagon door panels. It can handle aluminum alloy, stainless steel and carbon steel door skins, solve welding bending, collision dent, assembly gap unevenness and other defects of train door panels.

This series three-beam four-column hydraulic straightening press is specially customized for railway industry, dedicated to shaping, flattening, contour calibration and deformation repair of high-speed train, EMU, subway, passenger car and freight wagon door panels. It can handle aluminum alloy, stainless steel and carbon steel door skins, solve welding bending, collision dent, assembly gap unevenness and other defects of train door panels.
Two Main Working Scenarios
Scenario 1: New Train Door Panel Forming
Place aluminum alloy/steel door skin on the mold and fix positioning fixture;
Slider fast down, low-speed pre-pressing, reach set pressure and keep pressure for 30-180s;
Complete integral shaping of door panel radian, flatness and sealing groove;
Slider automatic return, ejector cylinder pushes finished door panel out, finish forming.
Scenario 2: Deformed Door Panel Repair & Straightening
Clamp deformed door panel with dents, bends and welding distortion on the worktable;
Input correction pressure and dwell parameters via touch screen according to deformation degree;
Precision constant pressure calibration to eliminate concave-convex deformation;
Detect flatness, repeat fine correction if needed, restore door panel standard size for assembly.
This machine can cooperate with cutting machine, welding fixture and surface polishing equipment to form a complete train door processing production line.
