Hydraulic press for the moulding of polymer antique-style roof tiles

Description

The 500 hydraulic press, designed and developed by Zhongyou Heavy Industry for a client in Tianjin, is specifically engineered for the hot moulding of polymer composite materials. It is used to produce small blue-green roof tiles for traditional architecture, integrated roof tiles, wall coping, drip tiles and antique-style ridge tiles.
Suitable raw materials: SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound), BMC (Bulk Moulding Compound), glass fibre + resin mixtures, polymer-stone powder composites, and polyester fibreglass raw materials.
