The 800-ton plastic pallet hydraulic press is a four-column press specifically designed for hot compression molding or cold compression forming of large plastic products. Its core process involves placing heated, softened plastic sheets (typically HDPE/PP recycled or virgin material) into large molds. Through immense clamping force and pressure retention, it produces structurally robust, complex-shaped plastic pallets, shipping containers, large aquaculture trays, and similar products in a single operation.
The high-efficiency, energy-saving servo-hydraulic system delivers oil on demand, reducing energy consumption and operating noise. Rapid mold closing and holding pressure functions shorten production cycles and boost efficiency.
High-precision pressure display and stroke adjustment ensure consistent molding processes. Accurate mold positioning delivers stable finished product dimensions and high yield rates.
Durability and maintainability: The fully welded steel body undergoes tempering treatment for superior deformation resistance. An inlet filter on the oil pump extends the lifespan of hydraulic components.
