Description
VTC80 is a CNC vertical lathe (Vertical CNC Lathe), the core function is to control the tool through the CNC system to carry out the external round, end face, bore, thread, groove and other processes on rotary workpieces (such as discs, hubs, flanges, etc.). The core function of the machine is to control the tool by the CNC system to carry out the finish machining of external circle, end face, bore, thread, groove and other processes on rotary workpieces (such as disk, hub, flange, etc.). Its “vertical” structure is different from the horizontal lathe, the workpiece is clamped on the rotary table, and the tool moves along the vertical (Z-axis) and horizontal (X-axis) directions, which is suitable for machining large-diameter and short-length parts, and the clamping stability is better.
