Description

Our 630 Ton Four-Column Hydraulic Press adopts classic four-column structural design, which delivers high structural rigidity and excellent load uniformity. The optimized hydraulic system provides stable, adjustable pressing force and speed, ensuring consistent product quality for mass production.
This hydraulic press supports a wide range of processing applications, including powder metallurgy pressing, ceramic powder forming, SMC composite molding, metal sheet stamping, hot forging, briquetting, and refractory material pressing. It is popular in industries such as new energy, powder metallurgy, auto parts, refractory materials, and composite materials.
It is equipped with PLC + human-machine touch screen control. Operators can set pressure, holding time, stroke and speed directly on the screen. Overload protection, emergency stop and safety grating are standard safety configurations to protect operators and the machine.
