Four Column Hydraulic Press for SMC BMC Resin Composite Manhole Cover Molding

Description

This series four-beam four-column hydraulic press is specially customized for compression molding of SMC, BMC, DMC, FRP fiberglass composite resin manhole covers, drain covers, trench covers and inspection well covers. It is the core hot forming equipment for composite manhole cover factories, supporting high-temperature constant-pressure molding of thermosetting resin materials.

Equipped with independent hydraulic station and PLC servo control system, the machine realizes three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. It supports two molding processes: fixed stroke and constant pressure holding, with adjustable pressure, stroke, speed and dwell time to match different resin formula and mold requirements. Tonnage from 200T to 1200T, worktable size, opening height, slide stroke can be fully customized according to customer production capacity.
