The Composite Multi-layer Board Hydraulic Press is a dedicated hot press forming machine developed for fireproof boards, fiber-reinforced composite panels and FRP multi-layer fire-resistant plates, also known as Fireproof Board Hot Press Machine and fire panel molding hydraulic press. It is suitable for compression molding of fireproof boards, building composite multi-layer boards and exterior wall fire decorative panels with raw materials such as SMC, FRP, glass fiber and inorganic fiber.

Adopting three-beam four-column structure, the machine features high rigidity and uniform stable pressure output, supporting simultaneous hot pressing and curing of multi-layer sheets. Equipped with constant temperature heating system, temperature, pressure and holding time can be digitally controlled. The produced fireproof boards have uniform density, flat surface and stable fire resistance, avoiding warping and delamination defects. This Fire Resistant Board Forming Hydraulic Press can be customized in different tonnages and table sizes to meet small-batch to large-scale mass production.
