Description
The 315-ton “One-in-One-out” circular salt block press is a hydraulic forming machine specifically designed for producing round salt blocks (also known as lick blocks) for livestock consumption. It supports custom molds to compress circular salt blocks of varying weights (e.g., 3kg, 5kg, 10kg) and sizes, catering to different farming scales. The machine delivers sufficient pressure to ensure uniform block density, meeting the physical requirements for cattle and sheep licking. The pressed salt blocks feature moderate hardness, facilitating easy licking by cattle and sheep while preventing breakage or waste caused by insufficient density.
