SMC Carbon Fiber Product Compression Molding Press for Drone Propeller Blades
The carbon fiber hot press is a critical piece of equipment for manufacturing drone propeller blades. It uses a high-temperature, high-pressure process to mold carbon fiber prepreg into high-performance blades. This process enables lightweight, high-strength blades with complex curved surfaces, making it the core technology for drone propeller production.
Description
The carbon fiber hot press primarily consists of a heating system, pressure control system, mold assembly, and control system. Its operating principle involves placing carbon fiber prepreg into the mold, heating the mold to a specific temperature (typically 150-200°C) via the heating system, and then applying 5-20 MPa of pressure through the pressure control system to achieve molding. The entire processing requires strict control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and molding time. Temperature control precision reaches ±3°C, while pressure accuracy is ±0.25 MPa, ensuring consistent product quality and performance.
