630-ton FRP wash basin hydraulic press SMC/BMC/GMT/PCM Composite Molding Hydraulic Press
The 630-ton FRP wash basin hydraulic press is a special hot compression molding machine for SMC/BMC composite materials, with a nominal force of 630 tons (6300kN). It is mainly used for one-piece hot pressing molding of FRP wash basins, bathroom counter basins and laundry sinks made of SMC sheet molding compound and BMC bulk molding compound. Adopting a three-beam four-column structure, equipped with mold constant temperature heating system, servo hydraulic system and PLC touch control system, the machine can complete automatic processes including material loading, mold closing, staged air exhaust, high-temperature pressure holding & curing, pressure relief, mold opening and lower ejection demolding. The finished FRP wash basins feature high density, smooth surface, water impermeability, acid & alkali resistance and non-deformation, widely used in sanitary ware, kitchen sinks, decoration projects and homestay projects. This machine can also produce other small and medium FRP products, such as FRP cover plates, bathroom accessories and electric box housings.
