Structural characteristics and working principle
Structural Composition
Three beams: upper beam (fixed beam), middle beam (movable beam), lower beam (worktable), constituting the main frame.
Four columns: four columns connect the upper and lower beams, transferring pressure and maintaining the stability of the frame.
Core Component: Master Cylinder: Provides pressing force (nominal pressure is usually 100~10,000 tonnes).10,000 tonnes).
Ejector Cylinder: Used for workpiece ejection or quick return.
Guiding system: Column and guide bushings work together to ensure the accuracy of the slide movement.
Working Principle
Hydraulic oil is pressurised through the pumping station to drive the piston of the master cylinder downwards, driving the movable beam and the mould to apply pressure to the workpiece.
After the pressing is completed, the ejector cylinder is activated to push the finished product out of the mould.
