Description
This 500 ton salt block press machine is a dedicated three-beam four-column powder forming hydraulic press, specially designed to produce livestock licking salt blocks, mineral salt bricks and nutrition blocks for cattle, sheep, goats and camels.
Mix salt powder, calcium powder, phosphorus powder and trace element additives evenly, then feed materials into the mold cavity. Under high hydraulic pressure and adjustable holding time, the powder material is pressed into high-density solid salt lick blocks with uniform hardness, not easy to crack or break during transportation.
The machine adopts whole steel welded frame with vibration aging treatment, high frame rigidity and stable operation. Optional servo hydraulic system and PLC touch screen control, users can set pressing pressure, ram stroke, holding time and exhaust cycles freely. It supports automatic feeding and automatic block ejection to reduce manual operation.
