Description
The 250-ton single-column press is a single-column guided, hydraulically driven medium-sized pressure processing equipment. With its compact structure, flexible operation and moderate cost, it is widely used in sheet metal stamping, shaft calibration, mold pressing, powder metallurgy and other industries.mold pressing, powder metallurgy molding and other fields.
Working Principle
Hydraulic transmission: Hydraulic pump presses the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder, which pushes the piston rod to move and generates the straightening force.
Straightening process: the bent round steel is placed on the working table and pressure is applied through the mold to restore its straightness.
Shaping function: By adjusting the mold and pressure, the round steel can be partially flattened, rounded and other shaping operations.
Main Functions
Stamping and forming: complete the process of dropping, punching, bending and shallow drawing of thin plates (such as stainless steel and carbon steel) (e.g. auto parts bracket, home appliance shell);
Calibration (leveling): to repair the local depression and wave deformation of metal plates (thickness 1-10mm) caused by shearing, transportation or stamping;
Shaft/sleeve pressing: press-fitting (e.g. interference fit of bearings and shafts) or molding of parts such as bushings, flanges and bearing housings;
Mold pressing: with rubber molds, plastic molds to complete the molding of powder metallurgy parts (such as gears, cams), composite materials (such as fiberglass);
Correcting welding distortion: repairing small metal components (e.g. brackets, boxes) for localized warping caused by welding.
