200 tons two-beam four-column multifunctional hydraulic press” is a general-purpose hydraulic equipment, suitable for small and medium-sized metal/non-metal molding and processing, and its core advantages are stable structure, flexible function and wide range of applications.
Description
200 tons four column hydraulic press can realize the following processing functions by replacing molds or adjusting process parameters:
Metal molding:
Stamping: drop, punching, trimming (such as automobile cover parts trimming);
Stretching: bowls, pots, cans and other hollow parts (need to match the stretching mold);
Bending: Angle, steel plate and other profiles bending (need to bend molds);
Alignment: shaping of shaft and disk parts (eliminating processing deformation).
Non-metal processing:
Plastic pressing: molding of thermosetting materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic and epoxy resin plates;
Rubber vulcanization: pressurized vulcanization of rubber products such as seals and tire pads;
Powder metallurgy: press molding of metal powders such as iron powder, copper powder, etc. (sintering post-treatment is required).
Other functions:
Press fitting: assembly of bearings, gears and shafts with interference fit;
Crushing: crushing of scrap metal and plastic (requires crushing mold);
Molding: pressing of FRP pipes, manhole covers and other shaped parts.
