The 200 ton gantry hydraulic press, also known as H-frame hydraulic press or portal hydraulic press, adopts all-steel welded gantry frame structure, processed by vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, featuring high rigidity, small deformation under eccentric load and long service life.
This 200T gantry hydraulic press can be equipped with movable sliding cylinder or movable worktable according to customer demands. It is widely used for shaft straightening, steel plate correction, bearing assembly & disassembly, solid tire mounting and removing, metal stamping, bending, deep drawing, powder compacting and composite material forming.
The machine adopts PLC control system, optional servo hydraulic system. Users can set pressing force, ram stroke, holding time and speed on the touch screen. It is equipped with overload protection, emergency stop button and safety protection fence to ensure operator safety.
