This machine is a heavy-duty hydraulic press specifically designed for the compression molding of composite materials. It is primarily used to manufacture high-end automotive floor mats, home floor mats, and industrial floor mats.
The 1,250-ton nominal pressure meets the deep compression requirements for leather-foam composite materials. Foams (such as EVA and CR foam) require high pressure to increase their density and set their structure, while the leather layer bonds tightly to the foam under high pressure, preventing delamination or the formation of air bubbles.
