Description

The working principle of the wood chip pallet hydraulic press relies on the high-pressure characteristics of the hydraulic system. Utilizing the powerful pressure generated by the hydraulic system, a mixture of pre-treated wood chips and binder is injected into the mold. Under the combined effects of high temperature and pressure, the wood chips and binder rapidly solidify, forming a sturdy and durable wood chip pallet. The entire pressing process involves multiple steps including pressurization, pressure limitation, downward pressure, pressure maintenance, timing, pressure release, and demolding. These steps are typically automated by a PLC control system to ensure stable production efficiency and product quality.
